Vivaldi on Fire

Our season begins hosting the Bach Society of Minnesota with a concert featuring beguiling music by Antonio Vivaldi — the “Red Priest” — a mad genius of virtuosity, bringing “follia,” craziness, and boundless fun. Vivaldi’s love stories were followed with bated breath by his contemporaries — one of his loves, a beautiful singer! Mezzo-soprano Clara Osowski will seduce the audience with her captivating performance. www.mnbachsocietymn.org (Performance time: 1 hour, 50 minutes)
