Director of Operations
Incarnation Lutheran Church is a vibrant and dynamic faith community dedicated to extending the love of Jesus by serving our members and the surrounding community. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Operations to join our leadership team.
Position Overview:
The Director of Operations is a key member of the Incarnation leadership team that provides essential oversight and collaboration to develop and advance the strategic direction of the church. This individual will oversee the church’s financial management and reporting, facility operations, and human resource functions, ensuring they align with the overall ministry objectives. The Director of Operations will manage and lead various teams and initiatives to promote operational efficiency, financial integrity, and effective stewardship. The position is 28 hrs/week with both on-site and remote work possibilities.
