ILC Kid’s is a ministry designed for children Preschool (3 years old by September 1) – Grade 5.
This is an opportunity to connect with God, friends, and caring adults is an inviting and trusting environment. ILC Kids is on Sunday mornings during the 9am worship. We also offer ILC Kids Midweek Connect on Wednesdays at 6pm. The kids will hear the same story as Sunday mornings but in a different way and with different activities. It is designed so that kids can come both Wednesday & Sunday or one or the other. Whatever works best for you and your family. ILC Kids runs September – April. We invite the whole family to join us for worship May-August.

If you have an infant or toddler (under 3 years of age by September 1, 2025) We offer Nursery care during worship, we also welcome your infants and toddlers to join you in worship if that is what you prefer.

Volunteers Needed

ILC Kids is only possible with the help from volunteers. Volunteer opportunities include greeters/ check-in support, supply gatherers during the week & small group leaders on Sunday & Wednesday. Small Group Leaders meet with a group of kids at least once a month. All activities and supplies are provided and given to you in advance. No need to have all the answers or be an expert! If leading a small group isn’t your thing, no worries! There are other opportunities! Contact Lydia Holden at lholden@incarnationmn.org if you’re interested!

3rd Grade Bible Milestone

Parents and their 3rd grade children are invited to be part of this two part Bible Milestone. Part one 3rd grade children and their chosen adult are invited to learn and explore together how we can use scripture in our everyday lives. Part 2 we celebrate the milestone as a community in worship where we bless and present the Bibles to the 3rd grade children.

The next class will be Sunday October 5th with a Celebration in worship on Sunday October 12th.

First Communion Milestone

The First Communion Milestone at Incarnation aims to assist families in honoring the promises made during Baptism. Families can choose at what age they wish for their child to receive First Communion. It is entirely optional for each family to participate. Communion Milestone will consist of two parts: Part one is teaching, learning and continue faith exploration together and part 2 we celebrate the milestone and have communion together in worship. We ask for one parent to attend the class with their child.

The next class and celebration will be in March 2026.
