Committee members will be available to direct parents to appropriate tables where the teachers will be stationed to provide information packets and sign up sheets of available times for family classroom visits and the first one hour introductory class for those entering 3 year old classes.

The meeting segment will include general welcome, introduction of staff and advisory committee, and an overview of our Parent Handbook, allowing time for questions and answers. This information session is for parents only.

There will also be opportunity to:
• meet other parents
• learn about volunteer opportunities to support the annual Silent auction/carnival fundraiser event
• indicate interest in coordinating carpools
• purchase preschool logo school bags &/or T-shirts
• take a walking tour through the classroom areas

A reminder to complete and submit the following enrollment forms:
NEW Students:
• Child Immunization Record – required in order to attend the 1st full day of class!!
• Health Care Summary - due within 30 days of enrollment
ALL Students: (this form is revised and needs to be completed each year)
• Student Emergency Form- due 1st full day of class
