Incarnation Preschool


Incarnation PreschoolIncarnation Preschool has been in operation since 1997 as an outreach program to children and families from the surrounding communities. Through planned activities and interactions with the children, the preschool staff strives to nurture and enhance the emotional, social, physical, intellectual, and spiritual growth of each child, providing warm and loving care in a Christian atmosphere.

Tuesday, July 20:  10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

(In the event of a storm/rain out, plan for the day after: July 21)

Come re-connect with preschool friends and teachers or get acquainted if you are new to our program!  Look for familiar faces on the hill area by the playground.  Wear your preschool t-shirt if you have one.  You're welcome to come earlier, stay later, bring your swim stuff or a picnic lunch, whatever works for you!


Openings are available for the 2010-11 school year in both age groups.  Availability continues to change over the summer months for fall classes so please contact Martie Martin, Director, at 651-766-0723 or mmartin@incarnationmn.org for current information.

Preschool Class Sessions
Mornings (9:00-11:30 a.m.)
3-4 year olds: Tuesday, Thursday
4-5 year olds: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Afternoons (12:30-3:00 p.m.)
3-4 year olds: Tuesday, Thursday
4-5 year olds: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4-5 year olds: Monday - Friday

Each class grouping is limited to 16 children and is facilitated by two qualified teaching staff.

Registration for 2010 - 2011 School Year
To enroll for the coming school year, children must be at least 3 years old on or before September 1. We recommend that toilet training be achieved prior to the start of school.


 Tuition Rates for 2010 - 2011
$110 per month for 2 days per week class sessions
$145 per month for 3 days per week class sessions
$225 per month for 5 days per week class

There is a $45 non-refundable registration fee at the time of registration along with a deposit of the first month’s tuition.

There is some financial aid available from the Incarnation Preschool Scholarship Fund. It is distributed amongst families who submit request forms. Notification is sent prior to the start of the school year and assistance is applied beginning with payments for October tuition.

Registration packets are available for 2010-2011.  Forms may be picked up at the Preschool or Incarnation offices or downloaded below. Enrollment is on-going on a space available basis. As individual class sessions fill, names will be accepted on waiting lists to contact over the coming months as openings become available. There are no fees to go on the waiting list. Forms and fees are to be submitted when accepting the offer of an available slot.

State Licensing and National Accreditation
Incarnation Preschool is licensed by the State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services, and accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs.

Incarnation Preschool has achieved accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.  We are one of the first programs in the country to earn the mark of quality represented by the reinvented NAEYC Accreditation system.  NAEYC Accreditation was granted on January 31, 2009 and is valid until January 31, 2014.
