Incarnation Preschool Incarnation Preschool has been in operation since 1997 as an outreach program to children and families from the surrounding communities. Through planned activities and interactions with the children, the preschool staff strives to nurture and enhance the emotional, social, physical, intellectual, and spiritual growth of each child, providing warm and loving care in a Christian atmosphere. Preschool Class Sessions Each class grouping is limited to 16 children and is facilitated by two qualified teaching staff. At Incarnation, children have many different activities to participate

School year office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Upcoming Events 15th Annual Preschool Silent Auction and Carnival This event provides a fun opportunity for interactions among the preschool families and friends and the Incarnation faith community while also supporting program enhancements for the preschool, community outreach, and the preschool scholarship fund. When: Sunday, February 26 in Incarnation Hall Silent Auction: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. & Carnival 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Mike the Baker - Storyteller Friday, March 9 Mike tells stories and sings songs, and shows tools from his days working as a baker. Children are invited to join in the Bakery Bowl Band. A cookie treat and handout! Show times at 10:40 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. for the Mom/Wed/ Fri AM and PM classes. FOR THIS STORYTELLER EVENT Families with children enrolled in the alternate day class session are invited to drop in with their child to attend the presentation that is not on their scheduled class day.
Registration for 2012 - 2013 School Year To enroll for the current school year, children must be at least 3 years old on or before September 1st. We recommend that toilet training be achieved prior to the start of school. Tuition Rates for 2012 - 2013 $115 per month for 2 days per week class sessions $145 per month for 3 days per week class sessions $225 per month for 5 days per week class There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee at the time of registration. There is some financial aid available from the Incarnation Preschool Scholarship Fund. It is distributed amongst families who submit request forms. Notification is sent prior to the start of the school year and assistance is applied beginning with payments for October tuition. Registration To register, please submit: • Enrollment application (2 pages) • Parent agreement statement (signed top section school copy) • $50 NON-refundable registration fee • Tuition payment authorization form (complete and sign with indicated rate) to initiate payment for September tuition on June 10th to continue to hold slot $115/mo for 2 day/wk $145/mo for 3 day/wk $225/mo for 5 day/wk Registration Forms Registration packets for 2012-2013 may be picked up. Forms may be picked up at the Preschool or Incarnation offices or downloaded below. Class session placement is determined by availability at the time forms and fees are received and processed. State Licensing and National Accreditation Incarnation Preschool is licensed by the State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services, and accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs. Incarnation Preschool has achieved and maintained accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children since 2000. we are one of the first programs in the country to earn the mark of quality represented by the reinvented NAEYC Accreditation system. NAEYC Accreditation under the revised system was granted on January 31, 2009 and is valid until January 31, 2014. Annual reports are filed to demonstrate continued commitment to quality programming.  |
