Incarnation Preschool
Incarnation Preschool has been in operation since 1997 as an outreach program to children and families from the surrounding communities. Through planned activities and interactions with the children, the preschool staff strives to nurture and enhance the emotional, social, physical, intellectual, and spiritual growth of each child, providing warm and loving care in a Christian atmosphere.

Preschool Class Sessions
Each class grouping is limited to 16 children and is facilitated by two qualified teaching staff. At Incarnation, children have many different activities to participate in and enjoy. Click here to learn more about these opportunities and program highlights.

Mornings (9:00-11:30 a.m.)
3-4 year olds: Tuesday, Thursday
4-5 year olds: Monday, Wednesday, Friday

Afternoons (12:30-3:00 p.m.)
3-4 year olds: Tuesday, Thursday
4-5 year olds: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4-5 year olds: Monday - Friday

School year office hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Summer office hours: Tuesday - Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Spring Field Trips
Mpls. Institute of Arts – Friday, May 10
AM Trip time: 9:15am- 11:30am
PM trip time: 12:30pm – 2:45pm
The MWF am and pm classes and M-F pm class, will travel by bus for a new experience called “Artful Stories” preschool tour at Minneapolis Institute of Arts.
Due to the size limit for tours, our am and pm class groups will go separately, within their regularly scheduled class time.

Year End Programs
M/W/F classes & M-F class: Mon. May 20 @ 10:45 am & 2:15pm
Families are invited to Incarnation Hall for the last ¾ hour of class time.
The children will walk in with their personalized graduation hats and share highlights of favorite songs from the school year. The program closes with a graduation prayer and song and presentation of certificates. Refreshments and fellowship will follow in the gathering space.

T/Th classes: Tuesday, May 21 11:00 am and 2:30 pm
Families are invited to the classroom for the last ½ hour of class time.
The children will share highlights of favorite songs from the school year, followed by refreshments and fellowship out in the gathering space to celebrate the close of a fun filled school year. The M-Fpm class returns today for a fun finale class of special outside activities.

Tuition Rates for 2013 - 2014
$115 per month for 2 days per week class sessions
$150 per month for 3 days per week class sessions
$230 per month for 5 days per week class

Class session placement is determined by availability at the time forms and fees are received and processed. Waiting lists are generated for follow up contact/placement once any class sessions are filled.

Student Eligibility Registrations for the coming year will be accepted for children who are at least three years old by September 1st. Admission consideration will be given to children with September/October birthdates on an individual consult basis. We recommend toilet training is achieved prior to the start of the school year.

Confirmation of Registration Status
Upon receipt of Registration forms and $50 non-refundable registration fee, and if space is available for placement, a welcome letter and confirmation of registration status will be mailed. This packet will include copies of additional forms to complete and submit prior to the first full day of classes. If a replacement copy is needed, these forms may be downloaded below.

School Year Calendar
In late spring, dates will be finalized for the School Year Calendar for the upcoming year.
A copy will be sent to enrolled families and will also be included on the inside cover of the parent handbook distributed at the Fall Parent Information Session prior to the start of school.

2012-2013 Calendar

State Licensing and National Accreditation

Incarnation Preschool is licensed by the State of Minnesota, Department of Human Services, and accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs.

Incarnation Preschool has achieved and maintained accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children since 2010. NAEYC Accreditation under the revised system was granted on January 31, 2009 and is valid until January 31, 2014. Annual reports are filed to demonstrate continued commitment to quality programming. Document submission for the renewal process will occur in 2013 with a site-visit in the 4th quarter.
