Families interested in participating, are asked to register their families, and will be required to work two shifts as a volunteer. The rest of the time you get to enjoy a night out. Shifts will go from 5:15 – 7:15 p.m. or from 7:15 p.m. – 9:15 p.m. Families can work both shifts in one evening, or can work their shifts over two evenings. You are welcome to bring your children with on the evening that you are assigned to work.

Children 7 and under can participate in this ministry. During the time that they are here they will participate in gym time, free play, games, dinner and a craft. In addition, each night will have a bible lesson and story time and movie!

Children age 8-10 can participate as “helpers” during the evening and will be given special tasks to help with the younger children during the evening.  If they are interested in this, please connect with Eileen Matson when they sign in so that she can assign them things to do during the evening.

A simple meal will be offered during these evenings. This year it will be chicken nuggets, French fries, vegetable, dessert, and milk. The snack during the movie will be animal crackers and water. If your child can not or will not eat the meal we are providing we ask that you send a sack dinner or feed them prior to coming.

Donations will be accepted during these evenings, these donations are necessary to offset the cost of this ministry (meals, crafts, supplies and payment of nursery staff).
