Men's Ministry
Men’s Ministry is a cooperative program between Incarnation Lutheran Church and Our Savior’s Lutheran Church (Circle Pines, MN) by and for men of all ages. The focus is living and serving by faith and striving for significance rather than the world’s measure of success.

Learning and Connecting Throughout the Week

Monday Morning Men’s Fellowship

Starting at 7:00 a.m. at Perkins Restaurant (Lexington & 694), an hour of Bible study, breakfast, and fellowship. Contact Jim Fruehling at

Tuesday Morning Options
•    Drop-In Bible Study
      Meets every Tuesday at 7:00 a.m. at Matthew’s Restaurant at 2 So. Pine Drive, off of Lake Drive in       Circle Pines. Contact Pastor Russ Shook at russ@oursaviorsonline.org

    Spiritual Life Book Study Group: Meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. in the   
      Gathering Space at Incarnation. A group of men interested in exploring, over coffee, aspects of   
      faith through reading and lively discussion of current faith-based books. Attendance is open to all
      men interested in doing some serious reading and evaluation of our spiritual lives. Discussions are

    History Book Group: Meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays from 7:30-8:30 a.m. in the Incarnation
      Gathering Space for a lively discussion of history books chosen by the participants. Contact David

Wednesday Coffee Discussion on Current Events
Meets every Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. in Incarnation's Bethany Lounge. Open to all. Interested in an opportunity to sit down, over a cup of coffee, with a group of men and discuss a variety of current topics? This is such an opportunity to discuss current local, national, and world events of religious, political, and personal significance. Saturday Morning Options
•    Breakfast Forums
      Usually on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. September through April.
      This is a great opportunity to connect with other men, have breakfast, and hear great speakers on
      topics of religion, history, current world topics, sports, etc. Men of all ages are invited to these
      programs. Specific dates & Topics for 2008 - 2009 will be posted as they are scheduled.

    Pick-up Basketball Games
      Beginning October through the end of April, from 8:15 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. most Saturdays.  All
      adult guys 18
  years of age and older are welcomed to be a part.  For more information, contact

Woodworkers Interest Group

Holy Helpers
The purpose of this ministry is to utilize the skills, experience, and interests of men to help members of our faith communities and in the surrounding community with household repairs, moving, yard work, transportation, etc. To volunteer as a Holy Helper or for more information, contact Jim Fruehling at cfruehli@ties2.net.
