Finding your Spiritual Gifts Self-Assessment We are given spiritual gifts for Gods work and are stewards of those gifts. Spiritual gifts are distributed according to Gods will, not because of any effort on our part. The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) of which Incarnation is a part, has an online Spiritual Gifts Assessment which you can access and help you to learn about your gifts.
Strengths Finder: Online Strengths Assessment Purchase either of the books, Living Your Strengths or Strengths Finder 2.0, which both include a code permitting you to take the online assessment to discover your top five strengths. Based on the Gallup Organizations Clifton Strengths Finder tool, this assessment will help you identify your top five strengths. Both books will give you ideas on how to utilize those strengths effectively. Living Your Strengths is a faith-based resource that will help direct you to ways you can serve in harmony with your strengths.
