This page include all the documents IGNITE Confirmation students have been given to prepare for their faith project and any links that were referenced in the materials.Remember, your faith project is really a snapshot of where you are in your faith journey at this point in your life. It is not a test or about having all the answers, but a chance for you to express your own beliefs, doubts, questions, and promises as you get confirmed. For the faith project, we want you to take all the work you’ve done and create something that tells us:
- This is what I believe about God and faith
- This is why it matters in my life and for my relationship with God and other people
- This is what I’m going to do with it in my life and after Confirmation
We hope your faith project will be an expression of yourself—what you love to do, what you are good at, or something you’ve always wanted to try. In the past people have done things like written papers, done collages, put together scrapbooks, PowerPoint presentations, or memory boxes, written songs and raps, and done drawings. We are open to whatever creative project you may want to do.
You do not have to include every element of the prep work in your project, but that work is fair game for conversation during your faith interview.

Each confirmand is asked to write a letter to God expressing what they are promising to God as they confirm their faith. Stationary will be provided during the 4/25 small group. If your student is not present that day, contact
Debbie Morse to get the stationary.
If the student does not complete their letter during small group time, please make sure it is turned in to the Incarnation Office by June 29th. They will get their letters back.
