Incarnation Congregation Council
The Incarnation Congregation Council is and is comprised of a group of nine lay leaders who are elected on a rotating basis to three year terms. Criteria for being nominated to the council include regular participation in the worship life and ministries of Incarnation as well as a commitment to helping the community of Incarnation live out our stated Mission, Vision, and Values.

2010 Congregation Council Members


Tom Jacobsen President
Tom and his wife, Kara, have been members of Incarnation since 1997. They have three children. Tom has served as a Logos Table Parent, a Confirmation Guide, and on various Stewardship and Capital Campaign committees. Tom and Kara and their whole family went to Outlaw Ranch Family Camp and participated in a mission trip to Tanzania. Term ends December 2010.




Heather Trettel
Vice President
Heather and her husband, Dale, have been members of Incarnation since 2001. They have three young children. Heather has served as a Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School teacher, Small Group Leader & Mentor, Confirmation Prayer Partner. Heather has also been a member of the Preschool Committee and helped develop Spiritual Spa for Women's Ministry. Term ends December 2011.


Hans Thomsen
Treasurer
Hans Thomsen and his wife, Taimi, have been members of Incarnation since 2007 and they were married here at Incarnation in April 2008. Together they have been active as adult leaders in High School Ministry, and including participating in a LA Mission Trip. They have also been involved with The Way. Term ends December 2011.


Anne Cremons Secretary
Anne has been a member of Incarnation since 2006 and is married to Dave. They have two grown children. Anne has been involved in Small Group Ministry as a leader and as a participant. She has served as a Confirmation Guide and Prayer Partner, an usher, and on the New City Parish Action Group. Anne has also participated in Bible Keys, Kairos, and Centering Prayer. Term ends December 2010.


Dan Kratz
Dan and his wife, Ellen, have been members of Incarnation since 1997. They have three grown children. Dan has been active in Men’s Ministry, Prayer Ministry, and the Holy Hammers and has served as a Greeter, a Worship Assistant, and Small Group Leader. Term ends December 2010.



Karen Morien
Karen Morien has been a member of Incarnation for over 20 years and is married to Gary.  Karen served as a Conversation Partner at New Member Orientation and participates in small group ministry as a leader and participant. She has two grown stepsons, BJ and Kent, and a daughter-in-law, Megan. Term ends December 2011.





Barb Davis
Barb ha
s been a member of Incarnation since 2000 and is married to Fatih. Together they have a grown daughter. Barb has been active in a number of small groups and has also served on the Small Group Ministry Team. Term ends December 2012. 





Gary Moen
Gary and his wife, Mary, have been members of Incarnation since 2003 and have three grown sons. Gary has been extensively involved in many of the First Impressions Ministries, including serving as the Usher Coordinator, and was instrumental in the creation of the Worship Team Model. In addition, Gary has been a part of several small groups, has participated in Bible Keys, and has served at LifeHaven, a transitional shelter for homeless teen mothers and their children. Term ends December 2012.





Barbara Quehl
Barbara and her husband, Wayne, have been members of Incarnation since 2005 and have three grown sons. Barbara has been a part of small groups and is also active in music ministry as a member of the Senior Choir. Term ends December 2012.
