"You have accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord. Now keep on following him. Plant your roots in Christ and let him be the foundation for your life. Be strong in your faith, just as you were taught. And be grateful." Colossians 2.6-7
At Incarnation, Confirmation is a 3-year program that typically begins in the fall of the 6th grade year with Level 1 and concludes at the Service of Confirmation in the fall of the 9th grade year. At the Service of Confirmation those students who have chosen to be confirmed will publicly affirm their faith as they respond to the following question:
Do you intend to continue in the covenant God made with you in Holy Baptism: to live among Gods faithful people to hear Gods Word and share in Gods supper to proclaim the Good News of God in Christ, through word and deed to serve all people, following the example of our Lord Jesus and to strive for justice and peace in all the earth?
